The truth about dieting is that there is no 100 percent for sure way to lose weight for everyone. There are many great diets out there, most of which work well. Yet, just as each person is different, so is the method for successful dieting for them. In the most successful dieting, good foods to eat are readily available. By good they should be good for you as well as good tasting. If you have been on any diet that did not do this for you, then you likely didn't last long on it.
